How do I place an order?
To order bead sets/finished jewelry as shown in the catalogue, simply send an email with the title of the set you would like. For custom sets, email as many details as you can about the beads you're interested in — i.e. number of beads in the set, style, color preference, sizes, etc. — and I'll respond promptly with a price quote.

What is the return policy?
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, therefore I will gladly accept a return within 10 days of purchase if you aren't fully satisfied. Please note, however, that as custom-made sets may in some cases be more difficult to find buyers for than my regular inventory, I reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on any custom return.
